To extend the life of your exotic bags and small accessories please follow these steps below.

• When the item isn't being used please store in a dust bag preferably stuffed with tissue paper or soft fabric.

• store in an area with plenty of room so the accessories are not compressed.

• it is recommended to keep away from water and any other liquids.

• Clean with a soft dry cloth if needed.

Fine Jewelery

Fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry and keep it in optimal condition, please follow the following care instructions:

• Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume, etc.

• Leave your jewelry at home before engaging in strenuous activities including going to the gym! 

• Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat.

• For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to prevent the chain from tangling or knotting.

• When traveling place each piece of jewelry in its own bag (plastic bag/ small pouch) to avoid scratching the jewelry, leaving the access chain hanging outside of the bag. Lay flat in a structured box or jewelry case. 

To clean your diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub gold and diamonds. Do not clean pearls or colored stones with any chemicals, abrasives, or solvents.

 All pieces will be shipped insured and will require a signature unless otherwise directed. Once your piece is completed, we will send tracking information via email or text. You will be responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Jordan Gray Designs due to any failed delivery attempts.
